As our esteemed customer and a very important visitor of our site, we try and make sure we get it right on the first time for every purchase you make. We wish to offer you an absolutely simple and easy to navigate experience. 

However, in case you receive a damaged product from our side you can follow the policy mentioned below: 

Return Policy:

 

  • In some cases, the buyer may not be satisfied with the condition of the artwork received by him/her, they need to notify Artvilla.in immediately and return it to Artvilla.in in an 'as-is' condition within 5 working days. In such cases, Artvilla.in shall refund the payment made by the buyer
  • Unsatisfactory condition means damaged and spoilt artworks and does not cover the condition of the buyer not liking the artwork
  • Artvilla.in takes great care to reproduce the same colour and form of all artworks on the website. However, since artworks are handmade there could be slight variations in shade and colour. Artvilla.in is strictly not liable to listen to complaints in this regard
  • In case of receipt of a damaged artwork, the buyer should immediately email to info@artvilla.in
  • Part Returns: Any customer can make a part return of the order in case he/she would have made multiple orders at the same time. However, for such cases the other aspects of this return policy remain true
  • The return policy is only applicable on artworks (paintings, sculptures etc.) and no other purchases on the website (like gift vouchers, registrations etc.)
  • An order once placed cannot be cancelled
